You may express yourself freely on Phleekz, as long as it doesn’t offend others. Phleekz strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for its users worldwide to connect with others. Phleekz Community Guidelines, which will continuously or periodically be updated, serve as a guide for how to communicate on the Phleekz Application and website.

Content that contains nudity, pornography, or profanity, which a reasonable viewer may not want to be seen accessing in a public or formal setting such as a workplace, should be tagged as NSFW. This tag can be applied to individual pieces of content or to entire communities.

Users can report instances of abuse or assault through the app or online. We strongly encourage victims to report crimes to law enforcement. Our team promptly investigates reports, takes necessary actions, and cooperates fully with law enforcement.

When a user reports an assault, we attempt to identify the alleged perpetrator and block their account. The incident is reported to our centralized safety repository and cross-referenced across platforms under Walson Global Inc. Any additional accounts linked to the perpetrator are also blocked.

SOLICITATION AND PROSTITUTION

Solicitation, including attempts to buy or sell any services, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy should be reported through the self-reporting tool or online. Our community team will investigate and take necessary actions, including removing profiles or banning users.
