Phleekz is the name of the platform and application.

Phleekz is owned and operated by Walson Global Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

All references to “Phleekz,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Walson Global Inc.

2. Respect for Copyright

Phleekz does not allow content that infringes upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any individual or entity.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, post, share, or otherwise make available on Phleekz, including ensuring that they have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use such content.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that content on Phleekz infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) or applicable copyright laws.

Your notice must include all of the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including sufficient information to allow Phleekz to locate the content (such as URLs, post IDs, or screenshots).
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Review and Removal Process

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, Phleekz may:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Take additional action consistent with this policy and our Terms of Service

Phleekz reserves the right to remove content without prior notice if we reasonably believe it infringes copyright or violates applicable law.

5. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, or that you have authorization to use the content, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Phleekz has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement.

Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws or this policy may be:

• Temporarily restricted
• Permanently suspended
• Terminated without prior notice

Phleekz determines repeat infringement at its sole discretion.

7. No Legal Advice

Phleekz is not a court, legal authority, or arbitrator.

We do not provide legal advice and do not determine ownership of copyrighted materials beyond the processes described in this policy.

Disputes regarding copyright ownership or authorization should be resolved directly between the involved parties or through legal proceedings.

8. False or Misleading Notices

Submitting false or misleading copyright notices or counter-notifications may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages under applicable laws.

Phleekz reserves the right to take action against users or complainants who abuse the copyright reporting process.

9. International Users

Phleekz operates globally. While this policy is designed to comply with the DMCA, Phleekz also responds to copyright complaints submitted under other applicable copyright laws.

Nothing in this policy limits Phleekz's right to comply with legal requests, court orders, or regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

Phleekz may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
